Greatest Weakness

Sometimes a person weakness are their greatest strength. We as a society focus on ours strengths because we believe that is what separates us from each other. We tend to hide or be ashamed of our weakness. I believe if we focus, nurture, build, and exercise our weakness then we can add onto our strength. So instead of being imbalance, we can be fulfilled.

  1. I agree. Many cultures believe that pain is simply "weakness" leaving the body. So, if we worked on our weakness, though painful, we would be more balanced. We would be able to fully utilize our strengths and at the same time our apparent weaknesses would not be a large enough hindrance to hold us back from excelling. But, to truly face one's weaknesses takes humility. We sometimes convince ourselves that the weakness we do have are not noticeable, somehow because they belong to us that no one else sees them, and if they are seen we jump to the offensive. Wisdom would dictate that one would listen to counsel and address their weaknesses.
